Squishy Box is a free mobile game developed by TKS Studio. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that data.

Data We Collect

When you use Squishy Box, we may collect the following data:

• Google account email address — collected only if you choose to sign in with Google to enable cloud save.
• User ID (UID) — a unique identifier generated by Firebase Authentication when you sign in.
• Game progress — your squishy collection, coin balance, and last box time, stored in Firebase Realtime Database if you are signed in with Google.
• Purchase records — if you make an in-app purchase, Google Play processes the transaction. We receive confirmation of the purchase to credit your account with coins. We do not store payment card details.

If you do not sign in with Google, all data is stored locally on your device only and is never transmitted to our servers.

How We Use Your Data

• To save and restore your game progress across devices (cloud save).
• To credit your account after an in-app purchase.
• We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or marketing purposes.
• We do not sell your data to third parties.

Third-Party Services

Squishy Box uses the following third-party services:

• Firebase (Google LLC) — used for authentication (Google Sign-In) and cloud data storage (Realtime Database). Firebase is subject to Google's Privacy Policy.
• Google Play Billing (Google LLC) — used to process in-app purchases. Google Play is subject to Google's Privacy Policy.

We do not use any advertising, analytics, or tracking services.

Data Storage and Security

Game data for signed-in users is stored in Firebase Realtime Database, located in the European Union (Belgium). We take reasonable measures to protect your data, but no system is 100% secure.

Data Retention

Your data is retained for as long as you use the app. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at contact.tksstudio@gmail.com.

Children

Squishy Box is suitable for all ages. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13 without parental consent. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

Your Rights (GDPR)

If you are located in the European Economic Area, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction or deletion of your data.
• Object to or restrict processing of your data.
• Data portability.
